Reverse Attention Gathering

The location was in the Georgetown section of Washington DC.
The "Take It!" Who is not going to look twice at the driver of this vehicle?
I did not look to see if the windows were shaded in order to make viewing the driver more difficult. I was so taken aback at the license plate that I did not even think to check for this.
Humility can be a virtue - but in this form - I am thinking it is suspect - lol.
