The "Take It!" came from experimenting with a number of photos for a new banner for Spring for this year. I came to the conclusion that the sun has such a huge role in this season ( as it
does in every season ) that to give it full play would be appropriate.
The After Take: has me with even more appreciation for this ever so important celestial body. It is a bit strange that we consider star gazing to be a night time endeavor. This
is indeed true for the observing of almost every other star in the universe. The ever so large exception is our own Sun which is indeed a star. We look at it only briefly during
points in the day when it is not obscured by weather.
Even though it sometimes seems impossible, I do believe we will find a way to turn around this thing called global warming, so that we can move on to bring back the health of our planet.
Each of us can do a certain something to help make this possible. I am very glad we are finding more ways that the average person can make such important contributions.
Here is hoping this season brings lots of sunshine in the best of ways to us all.
With very best regards (and wishes),
Bruce

Sun plays a crucial roll in every season. If it decided to slack off we'd be dead!

Thanks for the kind comments on this shot. I would have liked to have had everyone with me with cameras taking photos of this same subject. It would have been fun to have had a group selection of the best one and use it for the seasonal banner. Sometimes it is very hard to choose.
Within a few days of this photo shoot we had snow. So much for spring-lol. A few snow shots were taken
