The "Take It!" came from driving by this building many times and wondering how multiple stories of this building could be covered with those little circle pieces of silver plastic and not have
the same locations covered with windows. Answers sometimes come in strange ways. I happened to stop at the location from where I took the photo which was across the street from
the building. I was contemplating the wall while standing next to a group of fellows that were waiting to purchase food from a food trailer that was located very nearby. One of the
group was explaining and answer to my question. It turned out that the building is a multi storied garage that the owners wanted to make a bit more interesting than taking the usual open
walled approach that is usually found on most garages (that some would say is quite ugly). I suppose some type of code forced them to keep the last panel to the right as using the typical
garage wall model. I was quite taken with the story and almost more so in my good fortune to happen to be in the right place at the right time to be able to eves drop to obtain
this answer to my long standing question.
The After Take: Now when I am stopped in traffic near this building I watch the wind blow and send waves of silver shimmer on this what has become a pretty face. My thanks to those
who made this bit of art work possible - I am certain getting approved was not an easy task.
Quick and easy is what is often applied. This approach is recognized as such while taking the creative avenue usually takes multiple extra efforts and is for the most part, sincerely
appreciated.
Wishing you all the best,
Bruce

Looks like a waterfall! Or raindrops.

That is interesting about the garage windows.
