This photo was taken on April 15, 2015 at 6:53 AM.
The location was above Rosslyn, Virginia.
The "Take It!" came from a viewing of this unexpected match up of a group of still leafless trees with a cloud formation above it. It seemed as if the clouds were inviting the trees to come and
join them. A sort of showing of making a place for them to fit right in, and fly away with them.
The After Take: Everyone that I have shown this photo to, has enjoyed the match up. It has taken me some time to step
back from this bit of splendor to be able to write even a short amount of tribute to this display of nature and offer a small amount of my imagination in the attempt to add words to what needs
none.
Here is hoping you are having a fine day,
Bruce

Interesting to see empty trees that far into April. When do they start to fill out there?

What caught my eye is how the clouds start out as small individual clouds and eventually merge into one bigger cloud.

This is one of those pictures that I sit here wondering what the temperature outside was at that time and day.

Before I read what you had to say with this photo I was thinking it was one massive tree putting off all those branches.
