This photo was
taken on September 6, 2018 at 6:48 AM.
The location was on
a busy street in North West Washington, DC.
The "Take it!” came
after seeing this smaller street front building sit vacant for a period of time - and then, over night be filled with what looks to be a thriving business.
The After Take: was
one of those things that took a while to have it all fall into place. As one can easily see - there is a big part of the front occupied with notice that the building is
available.
What had happened,
was the installation of amazingly realistic photographs on the inside of the front windows that had been studio made up to take on the apperance of a thriving business concerting
itself with clothing. While big photos have been around for a long time - it was almost a shock to see such a comprehensive application, tailored to fit one type of business that
might consider locating in this building where there is high foot traffic in front of it.
Part of the follow
up reckoning came in not remembering having observed the busyness that is in the stretch of time - it takes to "build out" all that it takes to get up and running. The
installation of the window photos was seemingly done overnight.
Here is hoping
someone responds to take this space up with a thriving enterprise.
Here is hoping you
too have had a chance to witness some action to get things moving where you are.
Best
regards,
Bruce

I find it amusing when "coming soon" shops do that, show us how busy they hope to be.
