This set of photos was taken on January 12, 2019 at 12:13 PM.
The location was near Freedom Square which is very close to the White House in Washington DC.
The "Take It!" Came as I was about to get into my car and happened to look ahead of the vehicle to see this set of uniform elongated shadows which
seemed to form a profile of a tulip. It was the angle of the sun which when cast upon the back of the bicycle seats formed the curves of
comparison to the flower.
When showing these shots to others - I prefaced them with the explanation of the vision which I have found is the best way to do it - when
there is a long stretch for others to share my initial imagination. Some are kind and say that they can see it - but just barely - and both of us laugh at their
candor.
There is always risk with putting imagination out there - but through time - I have found that it is well worth it.
Best wishes to you all.
Bruce
* The bicycles were of the rental type and in a rack located on the sidewalk. For some time the bikes were the rage. They are now being replaced by
battery powered scooters (fun but dangerous).

Unfortunately these shadows won’t quite cut it when I mess up with the wife.

Wow I thought they were actually flower shadows until I saw the bicycles in the second photo.

Those battery powered scooters are a blast. My son and grandson rented one for an afternoon and I tried it out. Wish they had those when I was younger, although I probably would’ve broken more bones along the way.

You have a much better imagination than I do. I mean I can see it now that I saw the title, however I would have never thought of that on my own.

Just what every woman wants on Valentines Day, shadows! Lol

It was funny how different the men reacted from the women in our little four person lunch group when we looked at the photographs and read the title. Basically the two men looked at it longingly, almost like “I wish it were that easy. The two of us women had this “don’t even think about it look.”
