Shadow Affirmation

This photo was taken on February 5, 2020.
The location was in a small but comfortable hotel in The Georgetown section of Washington DC.
The "Take It!" came from the shadow casting from a door handle* for a meeting room. The positioning of the overhead light produced this clear edged shadow which for some reason caught my
attention in its simplicity.
Perhaps the signage next to the door had something to do with the whole thing - lol.
This goes into the simple things in life department.

* I think part of the attraction came from it being a curved handle rather than a regular door knob.

You're right, a regular doorknob would not have given such a unique shadow.

I made a joke to my husband that he can't go in that room because only people with talent can enter. I think he may have thought I was serious.

I know the shadow is the focal point of this image, but our lunch group fixated on the sign. It is a really interesting and amusing sign.
