This photo series was taken in the first week in Nov 2012 at about 8:45 am.
The location was in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.
The "Take It!" came from one of those look up moments after having parked my car on a fairly high floor in a public multi level
garage. The patterns on the garage ceiling were ever so unusual in not only shape but consistency as well. Some of the images had strong line definition as well as brightness in the body of the
shape. Others were a mere hint of a pick up of the forming source. It took only a few seconds to determine that the sourcing came from bright sunlight making its way through openings in the
edges of the sloped garage floor to reach the window glass in the vehicles parked on the floor opposite the thrust of the light from the sun. Some of the images have a near ghostly look to
them which made the walk through the garage hunting for images all the more fun.
I must say while making this unexpected photo shoot - I engaged in some "I can hardly wait to share these images." To those who I showed them
to via the monitor on the camera - most took a little while to guess what they were - after being shown the photo with the sun reflecting off the car windows and sun roof all seemed to
react with a sort of comment that they had seen similar images before but never really paid any attention to them. All joined me in thinking they were an unexpected cool show.
Here is hoping you encounter this same show in a garage near where you live. Maybe you will be able to actually recognize a windshield
wiper image on the ceiling.
Thanks for joining us for the current photo presentation. You are cordially invited to return Friday, January 4th for a new picture that we hope you will enjoy.
Best wishes,
Bruce

I enjoy these things too. I sometimes compare them to clouds in that I can use my imagination to make shapes and things out of them.

I mess with my dog with reflections like these. I use my phone and the sunlight and he will just chase and chase it for multiple minutes.
