The location was in a parking lot in Tyson's Corner Virginia
The "Take it!" was a very easy decision. The sharing of it, well, lets say a little strange.
As I think I have mentioned on occasion - I start my day very early and in spite of drinking some coffee - find myself tired enough to need to take a nap. I have several locations that I
use to serve this refreshing function. This one happens to be one I use on a very regular basis. When it is a nice day and the sun is not catching the site where I am going to snooze
I pull up in one of the marked parking places facing this building. On this occasion I pulled in, took my nap and woke up and for the first time noticed the mirror finish on the
windows on the building facing me. To see my car ( and thus, myself ) was a bit of a shock.
I took the first shot, then tried to make it a little more interesting with the second shot which is from a bit more of a distance.
The After Take: lies in how comfortable we can get with many things. This location has become a sort of destination for me. I am lucky to be able to take short naps and awaken very
refreshed. With this location - one can see via the mirror the garage behind me. It is this same garage that I park in when the weather is not good to get protection from the
elements. When the sun is really blasting - this garage also provides wonderful cool shade. It also was the site for the photo shoot of the reflections off of car windows onto the
ceiling which we have posted as past "Eyelusion."
To those that I have shown these photos to - they are amused to hear of my nap taking and seeing where I do it. For almost everyone - it is the first they have known about this bit of
restorative practice of mine.
Here is hoping you have a favorite place where you like to take a nap. Funny how such a place can bring such comfort when looking at it or even thinking about it. It is in that mental
department that includes the ever ready imagined vision of a tall iced beverage filled glass on a hot day. I have a generic image of this all set to be filled in with reality when the
occasion calls for it.
Wishing you my best,
Bruce

Do people ever wake you up or anything? I don't know if I'd actually be able to fall asleep.
