2/14/16
This photo was taken on February 13, 2016, at 7:28 AM.
The location was in the lobby of a very nice hotel on Capital Hill in Washington DC.
The "Take It!" came as I walked very carefully across the richly grained marble floor of this hotel that I had walked into countless times before. The extra care came from it being below freezing
outside with wind blowing and a light snow on the ground, making my rubber soled shoes a bit less sure in how they came to grips with the smooth, polished, marble surface. My visual focus was
with each step, thus a more keen set of eyes was at work.
This heart showed itself, with its bits of trailing ribbons, on the day before Valentine's Day. A more fitting find, I have never experienced.
The After Take: Is one that I am still trying to get my head around, but am overjoyed in being able to share this happy photo with you.
I am in hopes that each of you has someone you will reach out to, on this very special day, and let them know, you love them.
All my best,
Bruce

Our younger children really get a kick out of these pics. I remember after the first marble floor pic you posted, our kids went into our kitchen and bathrooms looking for anything their growing little imaginations could find.
